bto (Brechin Tindal Oatts) in its current form was established in February 1997 as a result of the merger of two well-established practices, Brechin Robb and Tindal Oatts.
Brechin Robb’s origins date back to 1905.
Tindal Oatts can trace its beginnings to 1850 when original firm Brown & Dunlop was established. Our history provides us with years of genuine legal and business experience, long lasting client relationships and solid foundations upon which to build new client relationships.
bto has a loyal workforce and many of our partners today have chosen to remain with bto after completing their traineeships with us.
