On 21 April, bto is sharing a stand with Social Firms Scotland at theS2S Social Enterprise Fair 2010 at Edinburgh’s Corn Exchange.
bto’s partner Alastair Dunn will be in attendance, assisting Karen Anderson, Business Acquisition Co-ordinator at Social Firms Scotland, in the Acquiring Business 4 Good programme, providing guidance on the legal aspects of selling a business. bto partner, Patrice Fabien, and Associate, Marion Davis, will also be available to provide advice regarding community benefits and procurement for RSLs and charity law advice.
