bto strikes The Perfect Deal
On 14 May 2009, Ralph Riddiough, Corporate Partner at bto, will speak at The Perfect Deal, an impartial, free, educative seminar organised by AVONDALE and run by mergers and acquisitions, legal, tax and financial experts, on how to buy or sell a business and achieve The Perfect Deal.
It is expected that hundreds of Directors who have benefited previously from such seminars will return to the various seminars being run in the UK in 2009. At the afternoon seminar of the Scottish event, which is being held at the Crowne Plaza in Glasgow, delegates will learn how to: find a choice of buyers/sellers to maximise their proceeds; understand the impact of the Credit Crunch on their strategy; save money by avoiding tax and legal pitfalls: obtain funding in the current economic climate; prepare their business for sale to make it more valuable and negotiate the best deal.
