Having considered this Guidance, Ralph Riddiough, a Partner in bto’s Renewable Energy team, has identified some of the more interesting points and rounded up some of the legislative changes that emerged from the FIT Amendment Order 2011 (the Amendment Order) that was enacted in May of this year.
