bto solicitors is delighted to announce the appointment of three new partners: Vikki Watt and Carly Forrest, Solicitor Advocates, and Pamela Stevenson form part of bto’s band 1 ranked Health & Safety and Personal Injury teams (Legal 500). Carly and Vikki have significant expertise in representing the insured of blue chip UK and US insurers in Health & Safety, regulatory and corporate crime matters as well as at FAIs. Carly also deals with major civil claims which can follow. Pamela has extensive experience of personal injury claims, particularly occupational illness and disease litigation.
bto is also pleased to appoint four new Associates: Joanne Farrell and Mark McCluskie are in bto’s “highly regarded” and “innovative” insurance team (Chambers UK). Jilly Petrie focuses on construction cases with accredited construction law specialist Ann O’Connell and Lindsay Urquhart is a member of bto’s Edinburgh commercial litigation team.
