The mediation process is, however, a confidential one in which all parties sign a confidentiality agreement undertaking not to disclose any details of the mediation, not even the names of the parties nor the mere fact of the mediation taking place. In recognition of this, we are not at liberty not to disclose specific details of any of the increasing number of mediations in which we are involved.
