On behalf of Brightest Star our BTO colleagues Mark Morton, Tim Webster and Peter Graham took part in the Brewin Dolphin Ochil Hills Sportive on Sunday 3 June 2018.
The 75 mile cycle involved leaving the Lochore Meadows Country Park and tackling two significant climbs. Only Tim made it up the “Dragon’s Tail” without getting off his bike and walking the fiendishly steep last section but he was there at the top to wait for his colleagues and a large number of other mere mortals.
The whole event was exceptionally well organised, and well attended. Asked what the highlight of the day was all three said the Thai chicken curry at the end! After 5 hours twenty minutes in the saddle it must have been just what the doctor ordered.
