bto is committed to the development of young lawyers and several of our partners started out here as trainees. We offer a structured rotational placement programme designed to give trainees experience in a variety of areas. We value those who can demonstrate initiative, handle responsibility and work as part of a team. In turn, trainees benefit from involvement in diverse cases from day one, being coached and mentored by some of the best in their respective fields.
