Road Traffic Accident
Soft tissue injuries to neck and shoulders which settled after six months.
Back pain which settled after a few weeks.
Other injuries included mild burns, headaches and dizziness, parathesia of both hands and short term shock.
The Pursuer was awarded £2,500 for his neck, back and shoulder pain, £100 for minor burns, £100 for headaches and dizziness, £100 for the parathesia and £300 in respect of shock, anxiety and flashbacks giving a cumulative total of £3,100.
