Occupational Asthma

The Pursuer (aged 57 at Proof) suffered from breathlessness and could no longer swim or cycle.  She also suffered pain in her chest and was incapable of carrying out physically demanding work.

The Pursuer was awarded £17,500 for solatium and £4,000 for disadvantage on the labour together with a small amount for loss of earnings.
