Our team has significant experience in stock transfers, from the transfer of two houses to wholescale local authority transfers.
We can assist you through all the stages required to effect a transfer, from options appraisals to tenant consultations, up to the transfer itself and any necessary post-transfer work.
After a stock transfer is complete, we also advise on the terms of transfer contracts, for example, considering the value of indemnities granted by transferors to transferees or considering matters in dispute and available remedies such as arbitration.
