The team defends clients regularly across all sectors of industry (including the construction, maritime, rail and agricultural industries) in Health & Safety prosecutions. It represents clients’ interests in Fatal Accident Inquiries and advises companies and their directors on their potential criminal liabilities in relation to relevant health and safety legislation and corporate homicide arising from work-related deaths.
