Fatal Accident Inquiries
We have appeared at Fatal Accident Inquiries all over Scotland and are experienced in representing medical practitioners where there has been an unexplained death while under medical care. We have also represented companies, particularly following fatal accidents at work, and individuals, where, for instance, the fatal accident has occurred on the roads.
If you receive notification from the Procurator Fiscal’s office that a Fatal Accident Inquiry has been fixed and you are told you should appear or be represented, let us know. For various reasons, including the possibility of civil or criminal court proceedings being taken against you after the conclusion of the Fatal Accident Inquiry, generally, we recommend that you should be represented.
