This session is aimed at all employers. Its subject is particularly apt given the increased number of claims made by employees (and others) of unlawful harassment within the workplace. During the seminar, we will provide some practical pointers as to the issues arising in this area and how to minimise the risk of such claims occurring. We will consider:

- What practical tips are there for minimising successful claims?

This session will also introduce our employment team’s new package which seeks to assist organisations of all sizes in dealing with the issues surrounding unlawful workplace harassment.
