Claire White, Associate and Vikki Watt, Associate and Solicitor Advocate, will provide a comprehensive update on recent decisions concerning the Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998. The Workshop will focus on employers' liability issues arising under PUWER where employees are working outside their employers' premises. It will also cover the impact of the recent House of Lords judgement in the case of Smith v Northamptonshire County Council.
