Partner, Louise Hay's experience is in catastrophic claims where care is the biggest element, but the principles apply equally to smaller value claims. Guest speaker, Myra Fleming, has worked as a Rehabilitation Case Manager and Nurse Expert Witness since 1997. She is an independent expert and her work involves close liaison with injured parties, solicitors and insurance companies. For the past twelve years she has undertaken Care Needs Services and Medical Rehabilitation Assessments for litigation purposes. She is also a registered General Nurse with the Orthopaedic Nursing Certificate, having qualified in 1974.
