A seminar aimed at basic claims handling with particular emphasis on the selection and instruction of medical experts and rehabilitation. The session will also cover what to look for when reviewing GP records, causation and the impact of pre existing conditions on quantum. The speakers will be Jill Setterington and Carly Forrest.
