06/10/2005
Venue :
bto - The Presentation Suite, 5th floor 48 St. Vincent Street Glasgow G2 5HS
Spaces available :
Event description :
Nike’s swoosh, Direct Line’s jingle, BP’s colour green, David Beckham’s name - all are registered trade marks of significant renown. In this seminar we will consider the branding issues likely to be faced by your business, whether you are about to embark on a new branding exercise or if you are simply concerned to protect your existing portfolio of marks. We will consider what you should register, when and why, guiding you through the trade mark registration process and outlining the costs and procedures involved. And, in the event of a claim, we will consider what, if any, defences may be available to help you defeat that claim. Where registration isn’t an option, we will look at the legal protection given to unregistered brands. If branding is important to you and your business, this seminar is a must!
