Company Name:
Full company name to include Limited or Ltd (we can check with Companies House to ensure that the name is available).
Registered Office:
The address to which Companies House letters and reminders will be sent.
Officers:
Your company must have at least one director who may also be a shareholder. If your company is a plc, it must have two directors and a secretary.
Details required of the director:
- Full Forename(s)
- Surname
- Previous Name
- Full address including town and postcode (in some circumstances you may be able to provide a semi address)
- Date of birth
- Nationality
- Occupation
- Other directorships held in the last 5 years
Shareholders
- Who are the shareholders to be?
- Class and number of shares to be issued to each shareholder?
It should be noted that a shareholder need not be an officer of the company.
