Public Inquiries - Development Plans and Appeals

Planning authorities must each have a Local Development Plan to set out their local development policies and priorities. As new proposed development plans come forward, each should be subject to a Public Inquiry.

Also, it is possible for appeals against a wide range of planning authority decisions to come before Public Inquiries for consideration.

In either case, bto can offer assistance in representation at Pubic Inquiries. Laura Donald, Partner and Solicitor Advocate, has both experience and success in representing a variety of parties at inquiry.  You can benefit from her knowledge and ability in this area.
