Re-mortgage

bto can arrange for independent financial advice to assist you in finding the best mortgage to suit your needs.

We will:

  • Write to your current lenders asking how much is outstanding on your existing mortgage and requesting the title deeds to your home.
  • Prepare the legal documents to be signed by you for your new mortgage and those to be signed by your current lenders as evidence that your existing mortgage has been paid off.
  • Obtain any reports or searches required by your new lenders.
  • On receipt of the new mortgage, pay your current lenders the amount needed to pay off your current mortgage.
