Highly experienced practitioner Jacqueline McCluskey joins firm’s Edinburgh team.
Leading independent Scottish law firm BTO Solicitors LLP has announced the appointment of Jacqueline McCluskey as a Partner in the Employment Law team.

Accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a specialist in employment law, Jacqueline is a highly experienced practitioner whose expertise comprises all aspects of employment and HR legal matters, including employment tribunals - advising claimants and respondents as a tribunal litigator, settlement agreements, disciplinary hearings, redundancy handling, discrimination, maternity and paternity rights, whistleblowing, data protection, contract and policy review and regulatory issues.
Jacqueline, who is based at BTO’s Edinburgh offices, joins the firm with a wealth of previous experience across an extensive range of sectors including manufacturing, education, healthcare, social housing, business services, food and drink and sport.
