Leading independent Scottish law firm BTO Solicitors LLP is delighted to have been reappointed to NFU Mutual’s revised legal panel following an extensive competitive tender process.
BTO is one of four firms to have secured a place on the panel which previously comprised seven legal firms. This win closely follows BTO’s successful reappointment to RSA’s legal panel earlier in 2018.

NFU Mutual has created a single panel across all the jurisdictions in which it operates and its Scottish panel will comprise one other legal firm in addition to BTO. The appointment to provide NFU Mutual with legal services and support across the full range of its general insurance claims operations has been awarded for an initial period of three years and the new contract will take effect from 1 January 2019.
Jon Cawley, head of claims at NFU Mutual, commented:
