Jonathan is a Solicitor within our Creative Industries team. He previously worked within the commercial department of an all services law firm and gained valuable experience in various commercial transactions and intellectual property disputes. Prior to retraining in law, Jonathan worked for many years in the music industry, working in A&R, as an artist and tour manager. He has owned and operated rehearsal and recording facilities and was also the VP of a national chain of music industry further education colleges. Jonathan regularly speaks at music industry conventions across the UK and provides guest lectures to colleges and Universities.

Brittany has recently joined the family team as an NQ Solicitor having undertaken a specialised traineeship in Family Law from which she qualified in July 2019. Brittany is therefore already experienced in dealing with all family law matters both within the Sheriff Court and at the Court of Session.
Brittany is comfortable both working with clients as lead solicitor and also as part of a team in more complex cases. Brittany is particularly knowledgeable in both financial provision and Hague Abduction cases within the Court of Session.
She is diligent and compassionate in the way she deals with clients and works in order to remove the stress from clients who find themselves in a difficult situation. Brittany works hard to resolve matters without the need for court but is equally prepared to raise proceedings if the situation requires.
Brittany is a member of the Scottish Young Lawyers Association and the Young Mediators Group and additionally she tutors on the LLB degree Family Law course at the University of Edinburgh.

Wendy is a Solicitor Advocate with extended rights of audience in the Supreme Court and the Court of Session. She has specialised in litigation throughout her legal career and has worked in Glasgow, London and Edinburgh.
Wendy has been a practising Solicitor Advocate since 2004. She appears regularly in the Court of Session now mainly in reparation cases although she also has considerable experience of commercial cases. Her clients include large insurance companies.
Wendy’s personal injury practice includes industrial disease cases as well as employers’ liability and public liability cases at all levels including catastrophic injury cases. Over the last few years she has increasingly specialised in high value and complex cases. She has conducted several Court of Session Proofs alone and has successfully acted as Junior Counsel for the Defender in a Jury Trial.
Wendy is one of the few Solicitor Advocates to appear regularly in the Court of Session. She has extensive knowledge of Court of Session practice and procedure and is also qualified to practise as a solicitor in England and Wales.
