Drew McCusker is a solicitor in the Personal Injury department.
Having completed his LLB, Drew moved to London to complete a Masters in Law before interning in the United Nations in Nairobi, Kenya. Afterwards, he returned to Scotland to qualify from his legal training in a litigation firm. Drew has significant advocacy experience, making regular court and tribunal appearances across Scotland. He puts client care at the centre of his work, ensuring legal advice and representation are tailored to his clients’ needs.
In addition, Drew is an active advocate for equality and diversity, particularly in the legal profession. He is the founder and president of The Glass Network, Scotland’s organisation for LGBT+ legal professionals, which promotes a sustainable, equal and healthy legal profession. He is also a member of the Law Society of Scotland’s Equality and Diversity Committee. In 2017, Drew was awarded Role Model of the Year at the Scottish Diversity Awards and also won the CSR Award at the Law Awards of Scotland.
