Biography
Jonathan joined BTO’s top ranked Health and Safety, Regulatory and Criminal team in May 2022 and is based in our Glasgow office.
He specialises in defending complex health and safety and regulatory prosecutions across various sectors under the direction of Partners Clare Bone, Vikki Watt and Alasdair Gillies. Jonathan also represents clients in Road Traffic Cases at all levels.
Prior to joining BTO, Jonathan worked in a high-street criminal practice gaining valuable experience and appearing in Courts throughout Scotland at both summary and solemn level. He also has experience in dealing with complex Fatal Accident and Public Inquiries and worked on high profile Inquires including the Clutha Helicopter Crash FAI and the Public Inquiry into the Death of Sheku Bayoh.
