Biography
Lewis is a Senior Associate and Solicitor Advocate within BTO’s insurance team. He trained and practises solely in litigation. In 2018 he gained extended rights of audience as a Solicitor Advocate.
As a Solicitor Advocate Lewis regularly appears for clients in the Court of Session and is instructed to provide advice in all types of personal injury, industrial disease, property damage, and commercial cases.
Lewis also acts for clients directly in high value personal injury and industrial disease claims. He has a particular interest in cases involving potential fraud and pursues all avenues of investigation where that may be a possibility.
