Biography
Pamela is a Claims Handler within BTO’s Insurers’ Representation team. She specialises in high volume litigated and unlitigated motor and personal injury claims for insurers. Prior to BTO, Pamela worked in the Insurance industry and her years of experience in dealing with motor claims and accident and health claims, along with her skills in planning and organisation allow her to handle claims quickly and efficiently and to achieve great results for all BTO’s clients.
