Biography
Sharon Dock is a paralegal in the Property and Real Estate Department. She has worked for BTO since July 2001 and holds a Certificate of Professional Development in advanced Conveyancing Practice.
With almost 20 years’ experience, Sharon has a clear understanding of housing legislation and the title issues which arise in mixed tenure estates which enables her to provide clear, concise advice to the firm’s Social Housing clients.
In addition. Sharon has years of experience in dealing with land sales, servitudes and undertaking complex remedial conveyancing arising out of Large Scale Voluntary Transfer of housing stock to Registered Social Landlords from Local Authorities and assisting with security work for Social Housing clients.
