Drawing on the skill base within our commercial property team in particular, we have access to very experienced individuals who deal with property issues, finding solutions and completing transactions day in and day out.
Property development is at the forefront of current economic activity. As the land opportunities available diminish, the issues arising in dealing with finance to support such development can be complex.
We guide funders through these issues to ensure that they are comfortable with the proposed development and all parties’ aspirations are satisfied.
