BTO deals daily with the full range of policy interpretation issues. This includes, for example, coverage, exclusions and exceptions, breach of warranty or conditions and aggregation.
We are alive constantly to the issue of fraudulent claims or the use of fraudulent means.
We have considerable experience of advising on the interrelationship between policies, such as issues of difference in conditions. We are accustomed to advising on the relationship between local and umbrella policies effected by multinational insured.
