For many years, bto has dealt with cases involving the use of email to steal intellectual property, the abuse of databases and numerous Restrictive Covenant cases, which nearly always involve some element of email misuse or copying of data from employers’ computers. The Online Reputation team works closely with BTO’s Employment Law team, which includes two accredited specialists in employment law and advises on the full spectrum of employment and human relations issues that can arise in reputation cases.
