Marion Davis, an Associate in bto’s charity law and band 1 ranked Social Housing teams, has recently completed a 6 months secondment to the Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator (OSCR
For three days a week, Marion has been fully integrated in OSCR’s legal team which forms part of the larger Policy and Development team, responsible for OSCR’s development agenda, policy, research functions and legal support.
