Volunteers from Glasgow Chamber of Commerce are using their business skills to help Barlinnie prison inmates improve their job prospects prior to their release.
Through a programme called Changing Lanes, a five-week motivational employability course involving prison officers and inmates, the volunteers simulate job interviews and help prisoners prepare for life in the community with work tips including CV preparation.
Six chamber members volunteered to help, including bto employment law Partner David Hoey.
