BTO Acts for German Investors in DAFC Strategic Move

BTO’s corporate team has acted for a German investor in Dunfermline Athletic Football Club. The investor has taken an initial 30% stake in the Club’s enlarged share capital, with the option to increase that stake by a further 45.1%.

The Club and its new investor hope that this strategic move will allow Dunfermline Athletic to develop a youth academy and new training facilities, as well as gaining access to a scouting network in Germany and wider Europe.
