2 November 2023: Solicitor Advocate Tim Edward is the newest Partner to join BTO’s highly regarded Dispute Resolution team, now one of the largest teams in Scotland, where he will lead the firm’s Professional Liability division.
An accredited specialist in Professional Negligence, and a member of The Legal 500’s ‘Hall of Fame’ for both commercial litigation and professional negligence, Tim Edward brings to BTO over three decades of experience in handling high profile cases.
Having spent the majority of his career at Dentons (previously Maclay Murray & Spens), he has amassed significant knowledge of handling negligence cases across a range of professions, and commercial disputes, including insolvency and company disputes.
