Dispute Resolution partner Paul Motion took part in the Edinburgh Marathon on 28 May, recording a creditable time of 4 Hours 52 minutes.
Paul said:
“That was a very tough race due to the heat, yet I was very pleased to have improved my London 2019 time by 20 minutes - special thanks to coach John McLeod.
The last eight months have been challenging due to various parental health issues and the death of my father mid-way through the marathon training.
Exercise is very important for both health and mental well-being, so I would encourage everyone to try a run, whether it is round the block, or 26.2 miles!
I dedicated this race to the memory of my Dad.”
