Biography
Martin is accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a specialist in Regulation of Professional Conduct Law.
A skilled litigator, Martin’s practice focuses on representing a diverse range of professionals before their professional regulators, including many teachers, handling a variety disciplinary and regulatory matters.
He also acts in associated criminal complaints and referrals to Disclosure Scotland.
In addition, Martin is well-versed in Fatal Accident Inquiries, having been involved in the Clutha and Sumburgh FAIs, and he is experienced in representing families following the death of a family member in Scotland.
Martin undertakes a wide range of litigation cases acting on behalf of both Pursuer and Defender clients in the Sheriff Courts, the All-Scotland Personal Injury Court (ASPIC), the Sheriff Appeal Court and the Court of Session.
